The System of Educational Quality Management

Dr. Munjin, M.Pd.I. was born in Semarang on March 1961 and then finished his Bachelor from IAIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, English Departement of Tarbiyah Faculty in 1988. He was, in 1922, accepted as full time lecturer at IAIN Sunan Kalijaga Purwokerto, branch of IAIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Ten years later, he took Magister Program (S2) in UNISMA Malang, in Islamic Education mayor and finished in 2002. Post Gaduate Program (S3) was finished from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, in 2017 with Islamic Studies concenration.

He was written some articles and were published in some journals, i.g.; "The Blend of Formaland Informal Education" Insania (1997), "The Factors Influencing Teaching English as a Foreigh Language", Theologia (2000), "Ragam Bahasa Inggris", Theologia (2001), "Theaching English for Special Purposes at University" Insania, (2002), "Krisis Pendidikan Islam" Insania, (2003), Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Budi Pekerti pada Anak", Komunika,(2006), Penguasaan Bahasa Inggris melalui Extensive Reading Purposes, Insania (2007), Ekspresi Bahasa dan Gender: sebuah Analisis Sosioliguistiks," Yingyang (2008), British and Amerika : A Comparative Study Related to the Teaching English at STAIN Purwokerto, JPA, (2008), "Puisi sebagai Metode Alternatif Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, Insania (2008), "The Causala Factors Influencing the Diversity in Islam" Sosioreligia (2009), "Minoritas Muslim di Australia dan wacana Gender" Insania (2009). 

Beside writing articles in journal, he also preformed some researches, especially in the education flied. The researches done are; Tingkat Keagamaan Sopir Angkutan di Banyumas (1999), Kesiapan STAIN Salatiga dalam Menghadapi Otonomi Daerah, (2002), Peta Keagamaan Masyarakat Banyumas, (2004). A British and America : A Comparative Study Related to the Teaching English at STAIN Purwokerto, (2005), Budaya Organisasi Gerakan Gender di Perguruan Tinggi di Banyumas, Studi pada PSG di UNWIKU, STAIN , DAN UNSOED, (2006), Kemampuan Menerjemahkan Noun Phrase Mahasiswa STAIN Purwokerto, (2009), Teaching Translation in Islamic Higher Education, (2010), Konfigurasi Kurikulim Pada Prodi Kependidikan Islam di STAIN Purwokerto, (2011), Penjaminan Mutu di MI Istiqamah Sambas Purbalingga (2014), Trust Building in Improving Madrasa, a Case Study at MI Istiqamah Sambas Purbalingga, 2017, The System of Educational Quality Management at MIN Sleman 2, (2018). The books published are Pengembangan Madrasah Berbasis Modal Sosial (2017), Social Capital : Trust Building in Improving Madrasa, (2018).
